Jackie, Hiker

Jackie moves for life. As a child, she loved wandering through parks, playing in the yard, and running to school. She has always connected with nature and valued the benefits it brings - both physical and mental.
 
Playing team sports throughout primary and high school instilled many life lessons: leadership, cooperation, confidence, along with physical and mental strength. These characteristics came to define Jackie. She tackled triathlon, running, and mountain biking to relieve the stresses of work and ended up competing as an Ironman.

"I transitioned from corporate life to being a full-time coach to help others achieve their athletic goals. As I've grown a bit older and not so fast on my feet, hiking, canoeing, and backpacking have scratched that itch of my need to move, surrounded by stunning environments. I plan on moving in nature to keep me strong for as long as I'm able.”
